Meet Our Team
As co-owner of Focus HVAC, Chris wears many hats, but primarily handles the business and financial management. He previously worked in construction estimating and service management. Prior to that, he spent 8 years fixing C-130 aircraft on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He earned an MBA from Drexel University in 2012. He is always striving to make Focus HVAC a great company to work with and a great company to work for. He also enjoys laughing, being outdoors, reading, hockey, dating his wife and keeping up with his two daughters.
Gab has been with Focus HVAC for over 6 years. She answered all your calls prior to being promoted to Administrative Operations Manager. She has an A.S. in business administration from Rowan University. Gab enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and is passionate about animals.
Mary Ellen has been in the HVAC industry to many years and has performed many jobs related to customer service, scheduling, permits and office administration. She enjoys relaxing, spending time with friends and family, going on vacations and spoiling her grandchildren.
Alizsa is new to the Focus team and has a strong background in customer service. She is usually the first voice you hear when you call us. She is ready to help you solve any HVAC issue.
Bob has been with Focus HVAC for over 10 years but has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. He oversees field operations, quality control and training. He is always keeping up with the latest technologies and specializes in boilers, control systems, and many other aspects of heating and air conditioning. Bob enjoys fishing, coaching softball and family time with his wife and kids.
Adam has been with Focus HVAC for about 10 years. He a graduate of Pennco Technical School. He enjoys fishing in his free time.
Brett has been with Focus HVAC almost since the beginning. He is a graduate of Pennco Technical School. He has performed all aspects of our field services and is currently our Lead Installer. Brett enjoys fishing, hockey and spending time with family and friends.
Al is an Install Team Leader here at Focus HVAC. He is a Pennco Tech graduate. He enjoys fishing and basketball in his free time.
Paul has been with Focus HVAC for 6 years. His is a graduate of Pennco Tech. In his free time, Paul likes to golf, go to the beach, and hang out with friends.
